Manesh K. Rath, partner at Keller and Heckman LLP, will cover the critical legal issues involved in plant safety. About the Speaker
Manesh Rath, partner, Keller and Heckman LLP
Manesh K. Rath represents management in employment and OSHA law. He has authored numerous employment law articles and is co-author of the "Occupational Safety and Health Law Handbook." Rath earned his Juris Doctor at The College of William and Mary School of Law and his finance degree at Virginia Tech. He is a member of District of Columbia and Virginia State Bars, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
